KENNESAW, Ga. - Student-athletes from the Kennesaw State football, women's soccer and volleyball teams all took time at the beginning of the month to visit several area elementary schools as part of National Read Across America Day.  The day is celebrated every March 2nd, on the birthday of Dr. Seuss, and is an initiative on reading created by the National Education Association.

Owls from the three different teams spent their time at the schools with a book of their choice to read to the students in the different classes, and to talk about their experiences as a student-athlete at KSU.
