KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State looks to get back on the winning track this week but face a big road trip in the Volunteer State as the Owls will take on Austin Peay on Thursday at 8 p.m. in Clarksville. That will be followed by a Saturday, 6 p.m. game at Lispcomb in Nashville, and both games will be streamed live on ESPN+.

 A FEW NOTES
♦ The good news for KSU is that it's been such a competitive season in the Atlantic Sun this year, the Owls are just two games out of a tie for second place. Currently tied with four other schools for sixth place, including Austin Peay, the Owls know every game over the last few weeks will be even more important to both clinch a spot in the conference tournament and in seeding purposes as well.
♦ This is the second all-time meeting between the two. KSU is 3-7 on the road this year, while the Governors are 8-1 on their home court.
♦ Under first-year head coach Antoine Pettway, the Owls are playing at the second-fastest pace in the nation (according to KenPom). In addition, KSU also ranks sixth in the NCAA in fastbreak points (16.8 ppg), fourth in three-point field goal attempts per game (30.0) and 13th in scoring per game (84.5 ppg). Senior guard Terrell Burden meanwhile is 14th in the nation in assists per game (6.2).
