Full Schedule

KENNESAW, Ga. – Entering his sixth season leading the program, head coach Tripp MacKay unveiled the full 2024 schedule Monday.

This season features 30 games inside Bailey Park including two non-conference tournaments in February. The layout showcases eight new opponents and six 2023 NCAA Regionals foes.

The season slate begins on the road in the Texas State Tournament in San Marcos, Texas. The Black and Gold will face off versus the hometown Bobcats, who are fresh off a NCAA Regional appearance. Afterwards, the Owls will battle UTSA, Northwestern State and Creighton to round out the tournament. It will be Kennesaw State's first all-time matches versus the four opponents.

The Owls will host Tennessee in the home opener Feb. 14 at Bailey Park. KSU is still searching for its first win versus the Lady Volunteers in five total contests. UT is fresh off a 51-win season after making it to the Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City, ending 2023 at number four in the nation.

Feb. 16 marks the beginning of the Kennesaw State Tournament and will square off versus Ole Miss, ETSU, and Pittsburgh. Like several non-conference opponents, the Rebels appeared in the NCAA Regionals last season and will come in with a 1-1 record versus the Owls. KSU will look to add onto an already massive advantage over the Buccaneers sporting a 20-5 record.

Then, it's a quick trip down to Macon, Ga. to wrestle with the Bears Feb. 21 for the third-straight season. They will then get another shot with them at Bailey Park March 13; the last non-conference game before the start of Atlantic Sun Conference play.

The next weekend, it's time for another I-75 Challenge in Kennesaw starting Feb. 23 featuring Ball State, Army, Robert Morris and UNCG. Friday is a doubleheader versus the Cardinals as well as Saturday, Feb. 24 with both games versus the Black Knights.

After a hiatus in the series last year, the Owls will gear up to face the Georgia State Panthers in Atlanta Feb. 28. The record is 27-20 in favor of the Owls. The Panthers will also come to Bailey Park later April 3.

The Sunshine State calls KSU's name March 1 in the UCF Tournament in Orlando, Fla. South Carolina bats leadoff, tallying another 2023 NCAA Regional squad earning 40 wins last year. The following day will showcase matches versus Bethune-Cookman and Princeton. The Black and Gold will wrap up the tournament Sunday, March 3 versus another 40-win unit in the UCF Knights.

For the final regular season tournament, the Owls will hit the road again going to Boise, Idaho starting March 7. The Boise State Tournament will start with the Broncos, Utah Valley and two games versus Weber State.

KSU gets a rematch of the early-season showdown versus the Roadrunners of UTSA at home March 12 for what will be the first second game against the Roadrunners in program history.

Tennessee Tech travels to Bailey Park for a battle of the birds starting March 20 and will rekindle April 10 in Cookeville, Tenn.

KSU prepares for a duo of in-state rivalries at home as the Owls take on Georgia Tech March 26 and Georgia March 27. The Yellow Jackets appear again on the schedule with a showdown in Atlanta April 23. That battle marks the final non-conference midweek of the 2024 campaign.
