KENNESAW, Ga. – After suffering its first Atlantic Sun Conference loss of the season on Thursday night at North Florida, Kennesaw State looks to bounce back and earn a split of its Florida trip when it takes on Jacksonville on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. in a game streamed live on ESPN+.

 A FEW NOTES
♦ Jacksonville is 7-0 at home this season, but just 1-3 in league action after Thursday's rally past Queens. KSU meanwhile is looking for its first win on the Dolphins' home court since 2017, and just the fourth all-time. The teams met just once a season ago, an 81-68 win in Kennesaw.
♦ A win Saturday would keep the Owls near the top of the standings in the ASUN, as with a 3-1 mark they are one of three teams tied for second, one win behind first place Eastern Kentucky (4-0).
♦ Under first-year head coach Antoine Pettway, the Owls are playing at the fastest pace in the nation (according to KenPom). In addition, KSU also ranks fourth in the NCAA in fastbreak points (17.8 ppg), eighth in three-point field goal attempts per game (29.8) and 18th in scoring per game (84.3 ppg). Senior guard Terrell Burden meanwhile is 21st in the nation in assists per game (6.1).
