KENNESAW, Ga. - The final note you need to know before the 2023 Kennesaw State football season is the new flag that will take over a section of Fifth Third Bank Stadium between the third and fourth quarters of every home game.
The flag will start at the bottom of the section and fans will move the flag up towards the top, revealing the "You don't want to go to war!" tagline made famous by the KSU Marching Owls. The specific section that will have the honor of running the flag varies and will be determined at each game.
This cool new in-game tradition begins when the Owls return to Fifth Third Bank Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 31 at 7:00 p.m. against Tusculum.
