KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State's Bailey Wilson has picked up another national honor, as she was named Honorable Mention All-American by Inside Lacrosse, it was announced on Thursday. This is the second recognition for Wilson after also being named Honorable Mention All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine, and she is the second player in school history to be honored by Inside Lacrosse after Siena Gore achieved HM All-American honors in 2022.
Wilson, a graduate student and defender from Acworth, Ga., was one of the best in the nation at the draw position. She finished the season ranking second in the NCAA with 9.59 draw controls per contest. Her 163 total draw controls for the season set a new KSU school mark, topping the previous mark of 155 set by Gore in 2022. Wilson also claimed her first career conference honor this season, as she was named to the All-ASUN First Team.
