KENNESAW, Ga. – It all comes down to one game, as top-seed Kennesaw State hosts No. 2 seed Liberty in the ASUN Men's Basketball Championship game on Sunday afternoon in the Convocation Center. This is the Owls' first-ever appearance in the title game, and they are looking to advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history by clinching the title and the league's automatic bid. The game will tip off at 3 p.m. on ESPN2.

Only KSU student tickets are still available for the game, while supplies last.

 A FEW NOTES
♦ It continues to be a season of firsts for the Owls under ASUN Coach of the Year Amir Abdur-Rahim. Sunday marks the first-ever nationally televised game from the Convocation Center, while a school-record crowd is expected to witness the rematch of the Owls and the Flames.
♦ In the only meeting in the regular season, KSU came back from down 14 points in the second half, and nine points in the final six minutes for an 88-81 victory in Kennesaw on Feb. 16. That was the first-ever win for the Owls over Liberty in 10 meetings.
♦ Sunday marks a school-record 35th game of the season for KSU. The Owls are guaranteed at least one more game, either in the NCAA or the NIT Tournament as the ASUN regular season champs.
♦ A win on Sunday would mean the Owls would have at least doubled their win total in three consecutive seasons (1 win in 2019-20, 5 wins in 2020-21, 13 wins in 2021-22).
♦ KSU has shown it's learned how to finish games this season, as the Owls are 6-3 in one-possession games after having gone 1-10 in the previous three years combined.
