KENNESAW, Ga. – The Kennesaw State women's lacrosse team concludes its three-game homestead against the Furman Paladins Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. at Fifth Third Bank Stadium. The game will also be live streamed on ESPN+
A FEW NOTES
» As a team, the Owls have been impressive on draw controls this year, ranking 10th in the nation with 17 per game. That's been led by the play of Bailey Wilson who currently leads the nation in draw controls with 11.2 per contest.
» KSU is also doing a good job of sharing the ball, ranking 10th in the NCAA in assists per game with 7.5. Hannah Barth is fourth in the ASUN in assists and leads the Owls with 11 goals and 12 assists to total 23 points on the season.
» Midfielder Shannon Harrington has made a name for herself early in her freshman season, leading the Owls with 15 goals and two assists. Caroline Farley follows closely behind Harrington with 14 goals.
» The Owls are spreading the ball around more, with five players with more than 10 goals. KSU has also closed the gap in turnovers with 17.1 per game compared to 16.3 by their opponents.
» Following this game, KSU head to Macon to face the Mercer Bears on Sunday afternoon.
