KENNESAW, Ga. – With just three games left in the regular season, there is plenty left for the Kennesaw State men's basketball team to play for as the Owls take on Jacksonville on Saturday night. The game tips off at 6:00 p.m. and will be streamed live on ESPN.

A FEW NOTES
♦ The Owls are currently 6-7 in league play and are alone in fourth in the East Division. However, both Stetson and North Florida are just one game back in a tie for fifth place. The top two teams will receive a bye in next month's ASUN Tournament, while the third and fourth place teams will host a first-round game. Two wins out of the next three games would not only clinch a top-four spot, it would also see the Owls host a conference tournament game for the first time in school history.
♦ The Owls have already claimed the most wins in a season (11) since 2016-17 and the most league victories (six) since 2017-18.
♦ In the first-meeting this year, KSU jumped out to an eight-point halftime lead and finished with a school-record low of four turnovers in a 76-68 victory in Kennesaw. That snapped a seven-game losing streak to the Dolphins. KSU's last sweep over JU came in the 2015-16 season.
♦ The returning experience from last season is paying off on the offensive side for KSU, as the Owls' 74.8 ppg average is just behind the current school record of 75.0 ppg, set in the 2016-17 season.
