2022 Schedule
KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State softball announced the promotions for the 2022 home schedule Tuesday afternoon.
The Owls open the home portion of the 2022 season on Friday, Feb. 18 in a doubleheader against the Samford Bulldogs. Schedule posters will be at the gates for every fan in attendance.
The annual Lexi's Day will take place on Wednesday, March 2 against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. More details about Lexi's Day will be announced later this month.
The Sunday, March 20 contest against Jacksonville State will feature '7 Innings of Winning' where fans can win prizes every half inning as the Owls look to defeat the newest ASUN foe.
Youth Softball Day highlights the Owls' ASUN doubleheader against Lipscomb on Saturday, April 2. All youth softball players are welcome to come out and rep their teams and cheer on the Owls against the Bisons.
Student Appreciation Night is Wednesday, April 6 against in-state rival Mercer. Students will receive free KSU softball-branded T-shirts when they show their Talon Card. More details will be announced closer to the game.
The Owls will look to 'Gold Out Gulf Coast' on Saturday, April 23 in a doubleheader against Florida Gulf Coast. All fans are asked to wear gold and cheer on the team as they square off against the Eagles.
To end the 2022 home schedule is Senior Day for the Owls' three-game series against Jacksonville on Saturday, May 7. The Owls will honor senior
Katie Greep for her accomplishments and contributions to Kennesaw State softball.
Throughout the season, Owl fans will have the opportunity to score prizes to show their school spirit. KSU softball BINGO cards will be given out at games during the season with various in-game situations like home runs, strikeouts, stolen bases, etc. and the first three fans to turn in a BINGO will go home with KSU merch!
And at any point during the 2022 softball home season, if an Owl successfully steals a base, KSU softball-branded stress balls will be given away.
