KENNESAW, Ga. – It's a special day for Kennesaw State men's basketball on Saturday, as the Owls are honoring former coach Tony Ingle, who led KSU to the NCAA Division II National Championship title in 2004. Ingle passed away in January of 2021, but will be represented by his wife, daughter, four sons and numerous grandchildren in a pregame ceremony, followed by the Owls against North Alabama. The game, which tips off at 5:30 p.m. (ET), will be streamed live on ESPN+, and there will also be a radio broadcast available on the KSU Owls App.

In honor of Tony Ingle Night, there is a special ticket promotion in which fans can buy two tickets for just $11 total (before fees). To purchase men's tickets online, fans should click HERE.

A FEW NOTES
♦ KSU is looking to keep pace in the East division as the Owls come into the contest alone in second place at 4-2, half a game ahead of Jacksonville. UNA meanwhile is searching for a second league win, coming in at 1-6.
♦ The Owls are hoping to break a six-game losing streak to UNA, having lost all six games since the Lions joined the ASUN in the 2019-20 season.
♦ The returning experience from last season is paying off on the offensive side for KSU, as the Owls' 76.4 ppg average is well ahead of the current school record of 75.0 ppg, set in the 2016-17 season.
♦ KSU played a challenging non-conference schedule this season, which currently ranks as the 30th-toughest non-conference schedule in the nation. The Owls' eight non-conference losses came at the hands of Iowa State, Creighton, Belmont, Wake Forest, Mercer, Wofford, Samford and Nebraska. Those eight schools have a combined 99-56 record (through Jan. 25), while ISU is ranked 23rd in the AP Top 25.
