KENNESAW, Ga. – Riding a three-game win streak and the first 2-0 start to ASUN play in 16 years, Kennesaw State men's basketball looks to remain undefeated in the conference while playing its third game in five days with Monday night's contest at North Florida. The game, which tips off at 7 pm, will be streamed live on ESPN+.

A FEW NOTES
♦ Kennesaw State has been one of the surprise stories at the start of the ASUN season, as following a two-week COVID-19 pause, the Owls opened league play for just the second-ever 2-0 start to conference play in school history, and the first since 2005-06.
♦ Most recently, the Owls snapped the nation's longest road losing streak at 49 games in convincing fashion with Saturday's 77-49 rout of Stetson in Deland, Fla.
♦ Combined with the ASUN opening 77-53 win over FGCU, this is the first time in school history the Owls have posted back-to-back 20+ point victories over Division I opponents.
♦ The returning experience from last season is paying off on the offensive side, as the Owls' 78.4 ppg average is well ahead of the current school record of 75.0 ppg, set in the 2016-17 season.
♦ The Owls rank second in the ASUN in scoring and fourth in field goal percentage. UNF meanwhile is 10th in the league with 67.2 ppg, and eighth in field goal percentage. Another key factor could come on the boards, with KSU holding a +5.6 rebound margin. The Ospreys meanwhile are dead last in the league at -7.0.
♦ KSU has played a challenging non-conference schedule through the first 15 games, which currently ranks as the 28th-toughest non-conference schedule in the nation. The Owls' eight losses have come at the hands of Iowa State, Creighton, Belmont, Wake Forest, Mercer, Wofford, Samford and Nebraska. Those eight schools have a combined 88-48 record (through Jan. 16), while ISU has moved into the Top-25 rankings at 15th.
