Head Coach Adam Bray on the Teams' Performances Today
On the men's team …
"I thought the guys competed really well today. It was the first 8k for the majority of the roster, which can be intimidating for the newcomers. They all executed their race plans well and I think they realize they have more in the tank. I told them that we accomplished some really good things, but still have some things to clean up. It comes down to the races within the race. I like the direction this men's team is going and I'm looking forward to another two weeks of training for the next competition."

On the women's team …
"I really like where our women's team is at right now. Finishing fourth overall shows that this is a team that is really heading in the right direction! Nyah Hernandez earning a sixth-place finish and Sarah Hendrick just missing the top ten is really great to see. We have a lot of racing in front of us and I can honestly say that we did not run our best race this morning. With that being said, when we do put all the pieces together we will certainly be force to be reckoned with. Notre Dame is our next challenge and I'm looking forward to seeing how we compete up north."
