Ran in five meets throughout the 2021 season … ran a personal-best 6K time of 20:31.8 getting 51^st place at the Kennesaw State Cross Country Opener …  got a career-best time of 26:57.6 in the 8K at the North Alabama Showcase … at the Joe Paine Invitational ran a 5M in 29:03.5 … ran a 34:34.4 at the NCAA South Region Cross Country Championships making this Paulk’s personal-best 10K time.

As a Sophomore (2020-21) 
Outdoor
Ran a time of 1:58.36 in the 800m placing 19^th at the Yellow Jacket Invitational … posted a season-best time of 4:02.67 in the 1500m taking 38^th at the Georgia Tech Invitational … ran a season-best time of 1:53.85 in the 800m finishing 11^th in the ASUN Outdoor Championships.

Placed eighth in the 800m with a time of 1:58.61 at the Clemson Invite … ran a time of 1:57.84 in the 800m placing fourth in the Samford Invite … recorded a season-best mile time of 4:27.82 placing 19^th at the Bob Pollock Invitational … placed 13^th at the Bulldog Open after running a season-best time of 52.72 in the 400m … ran a time 1:57.62 in the 800m placing eighth at the ASUN Indoor Championships … was on the Owl distance medley relay team that placed second with a time of 10:27.74 at the ASUN Indoor Championships.

Competed in five meets his freshman season … his best finish at the Bulldog Invitational with a time of 22:14:3 in 6K placing 45^th…. finished 140^th in 8K at at the commodore classic with a time of 29:25:7 …  finished 230th in the 8K at the Louisville Classic with a time of 27:33:4 …. at the ASUN Championships he placed 63^rd in 8K with a time of 28:48:34.
