Fall Slate Set As ASUN Announces 2021 Volleyball Schedule

KENNESAW, Ga. –
The fall 2021 Kennesaw State volleyball schedule has officially been set as the ASUN announced its conference schedule Monday afternoon.
 
League play will once again be split into two divisions with each team playing their divisional rivals in a home-and-home series while facing each team from the other division once during the course of two crossover weekends. KSU is among the Gold Division which includes FGCU, Stetson, Liberty, Jacksonville and North Florida while newcomers Jacksonville State, Central Arkansas and Eastern Kentucky will join Bellarmine, North Alabama and defending champions Lipscomb in the Graphite Division.
 
After the Owls' loaded non-conference schedule, KSU kicks off league play in Alabama for its first crossover weekend. The Owls open the weekend slate against North Alabama Friday (Sept. 24) before taking on new conference foes Central Arkansas Saturday (Sept. 25) and hosts Jacksonville State Sunday (Sept. 26).
 
The following week KSU returns to the Convocation Center to host Liberty Saturday Oct. 2.
 
The Owls then hit the road for matches at FGCU (Oct. 8) and Stetson (Oct. 10) before capping off the first round of league play hosting Jacksonville (Oct. 15) and North Florida (Oct. 17).
 
UNF plays host for the second crossover weekend Oct. 22-24 where the Owls will face Lipscomb on Friday followed by Bellarmine and Eastern Kentucky on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
 
After the weekend slate, KSU closes out divisional play at Liberty (Oct. 31) before its final home games of the regular season against Stetson (Nov. 5) and FGCU (Nov. 7). The Owls end the year on the road with trips to North Florida (Nov. 13) and Jacksonville (Nov. 14).
 
The ASUN Tournament will take place the following weekend (Nov. 19-21) at FGCU.
