KENNESAW, Ga. – For the third time this spring season, Kennesaw State battles the Bellarmine Knights. This time, a berth in the ASUN Conference semifinals is on the line when the two teams meet in the ASUN quarterfinal round Saturday April 10 at 12 p.m.

The Owls (6-7-0, 5-3-0 ASUN) and Knights (2-5-3, 2-3-3) go toe-to-toe at Fifth Third Bank Stadium where KSU is looking replicate previous results.

KSU, the No. 2 seed in the Northern Division, has swept Bellarmine the season with a 1-0 road victory March 7, and a 2-1 home win March 21. In 2019, the Owls reach the ASUN Conference tournament final with a victory over North Florida in the quarterfinals, and advanced against FGCU in the semifinals.

The Owls are fresh off a 2-1 victory at North Alabama April 3. Tianna Rivera and Erin Harris each scored in a match where Kennesaw State got 11 shots off in the with four of those being on goal. North Alabama took eight shots with four of them being on goal as well. Rivera's goal in the 19th minute came off an assist from Jenna Vollrath, and Harris' team-high fifth score of the season was thanks to an Ashley Burns helper in the 48th minute.

The Owls' sophomore goalkeeper, Dylan Pixton, stood tall in the net as she fought off three shots from the Lions in the victory.

KSU enters the postseason tied for third in the ASUN with 137 shots and 54 saves. Forward Erin Harris ranks fourth with 29 shots and fifth with her five goals. Goalkeeper Dylan Pixton's 48 saves is good for third in the ASUN.
