KENNESAW, Ga. – The Kennesaw State women's tennis team fell 6-1 to FGCU on Friday at the UNF Tennis Complex.
The Eagles won the doubles point and five singles matches to secure the victory.
In doubles,
Taylor Dean and teammate
Paola Cortez were leading 4-3 on court two when the doubles point was clinched.
Sofia Pinedo secured the Owls only point when she defeated Lourdes Ramalee on court six in a three-set tie breaker 5-7, 6-3, 1-0 (10-3).
KSU will take on North Florida for the second time this season on Saturday, April 3 at the UNF Tennis Complex at 11 a.m.
