KENNESAW, Ga. – After signing 11 players during the early period, Kennesaw State head football coach Brian Bohannon added to the #LIMITEDEDI21ON class by welcoming 11 more players into The Nest on National Signing Day.
 
The February portion of the class featured plenty of local flavor with four scholarship signees and seven preferred walk-ons. With the addition of the 11 players signing in February, the Owls have added 22 players so far in the class, 17 of which have come from the state of Georgia.

What Coach Bohannon is Saying
"I definitely think our staff did an outstanding job during the circumstances we had to navigate. We do feel like we met the needs we set out to get. It's a really talented class and we are excited about this group that has outstanding athletes that come from winning programs with a lot of local flavor. We want kids that can run, are athletic and we love kids that come from winning programs. This year we were able to hit on a lot of those guys that played a lot of football late into the year and that's bringing a winning tradition into where we believe the same thing."

Played at Fitzgerald High School under head coach Tucker Pruitt … helped lead FHS to a 14-1 record and state runner-up finish … was a triple threat for the Purple Hurricanes … had 587 receiving yards, 783 rushing yards, and 305 return yards … scored 23 total touchdowns … Class 2A player of the year, region player of the year, and first team all-state athlete … as a junior, has 22 tackles and seven interceptions … racked up 900 receiving yards, 400 rushing yards, and 11 total touchdowns en route to earning region offensive player of the year and all-state defensive back honors …  named honorable mention all-state as a defensive back after recording 33 tackles, 12 pbus, and a pick-six as a sophomore … was a 2019 scholar athlete.

Played at Madison County High School under head coach Michael Coe … helped lead the Cowboys to a 10-3 record his senior year … won a state title as a freshman, sophomore, and junior … named 1A all-state as a senior and to the Big Bend Ballers team … earned Tallahassee Democrat All-Area honors … caught a team-high 44 passes for 658 yards and 11 touchdowns … had 38 tackles and two interceptions … chose KSU over offers from Florida A&M and Stetson among others … played AAU and varsity basketball throughout high school.
