Top 25 History 

KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State's dominant win over Jacksonville State pushed it's ranking up to 17th in the STATS FCS Perform and AFCA Coaches' poll released Monday afternoon.
  
The ranking extends Kennesaw State's Big South Conference record to 51 consecutive weeks in the top 25. The streak dates back to Oct. 30 of the 2017 season, giving Kennesaw State 1,435 straight days in the national rankings. Since its inception as a program in 2015, 93 national polls have been released, with the Owls appearing in over 60 percent of the rankings. 
 
KSU was ranked 20th the week prior in both polls. 
 
The Owls head to Virginia this Saturday, Oct. 9 at 2 p.m. for a matchup with the Hampton Pirates. The game will be broadcasted on ESPN+ and heard on the KSU Owls app.
