Top Storylines
• Following three straight road games, Kennesaw State returns home Saturday evening looking for its third consecutive victory and fourth of the season.
• The matchup with Reinhardt University marks the first meeting between the two schools separated by just 24.4 miles on interstate I-575.
• At just 24.4 miles apart, Reinhardt is the closest opponent in proximity to campus the Owls have played since their inception in 2015.
• The Owls currently lead all Division I football teams (FBS & FCS) in rushing offense at 411.3 yards per game. Kennesaw State has finished in the top three nationally in rushing offense each of the last three years, including a program-best and Big South record 352.9 yards per game last season.
• Kennesaw State has combined to rush for 960 yards the last two weeks, more than any other football team in the county at any level. With rushing performances of 479 and 481 yards, the Owls hold two of the top four single-game rushing performances this year in all of Division I football (FBS & FCS).
• Kennesaw State is the only FCS program in the country to play more than one game and rank in the top five in total offense and total defense. The Owls rank No. 4 in the country in offense, gaining 518.8 yards per game, while ranking No. 5 on defense, surrendering just 263.3 yards per contest.
• KSU's 20 consecutive regular season FCS wins are the most in Big South Conference history. The Owls have also won their last 11 regular season non-conference FCS contests, which is the third-longest streak in league history.
• Dating back to Week 2 of the 2017 season, KSU has won 26 of its last 30 games, including going 5-2 against FCS ranked teams.

Bronson Rechsteiner set the program record for rushing yards in a game last Saturday, rushing for 221 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries. His 22.1 yards per carry set the Big South single-game record with 149 of his yards coming on back-to-back carries.
Noting Reinhardt
• After winning its first three games, against Webber International, University of Pikeville and Campbellsville University, Reinhardt dropped its first contest of 2019 last week to Keiser, 14-12.
• This will be the only Division I game for the Eagles this season.
• Reinhardt has outscored its opponents 76-37 so far this season.
• The Eagles have rushed for 1,116 yards so far this season. They are averaging 5.0 yards per carry.
• RU relies heavily on its running game, as it has only passed for 366 yards so far in 2019. The Eagles hit big plays when they do throw the rock, as they average 15.25 yards per catch.
• Quarterback Billy Hall leads the team in rushing with 348 yards and five touchdowns on the ground.
• Hall is effective when running the ball as well, averaging 6.3 yards per rush.
• The Eagles have seven student-athletes that have registered 10 or more carries so far this season, with Hall leading the way with 55.
