KENNESAW, Ga. – After collecting feedback from our loyal season ticket holders, the Kennesaw State Department of Athletics has announced a full rebrand and restructure of football season ticket packages for the 2019 season.
 
On the heels of back-to-back Big South Conference championships and consecutive appearances in the quarterfinals of the FCS Playoffs, a survey was sent to season ticket holders to collect feedback on how we could better serve our fan base.
 
After reviewing the information, two specific areas were completely revamped. Those areas include simplifying the purchase process and adding additional value in the form of benefits for our loyal fans.
 
Simplified Process
We simplified the process to purchase and renew season tickets. In doing so, we have simplified the pricing structure so you know exactly how much you are paying on a per seat basis. This will make it cheaper to purchase larger quantities of season tickets and help you understand your annual Owls Fund membership level to take advantage of the new benefits associated with your membership fee.
 
Added Benefits
First and foremost, we want to provide additional value for our loyal season ticket holders. The new Owls Fund Benefits Chart highlights great perks based on your annual contribution to The Owls Fund through the Membership Fee associated with your football season tickets. While the price of your season tickets remains the same, the benefits you receive have increased. Whether you want parking, access to premium suite areas or exclusive access to football practice, our goal is to make sure our season ticket holders are our No. 1 priority.
 
Taking Care of Owl Nation
During this rebrand process, we spent a significant amount of time making sure we take care of the people closest to our program. The KSU faculty and staff that work on both of our campuses, young alumni that graduated in the last two years, band parents and alumni and former student-athletes who make up our Varsity Club will have special access to specific sections and discounted season tickets.
 
Our Goal in 2019
The time has come where the level of customer service you receive as a season ticket holder will match the championship caliber of football you have seen on the field since the program started in 2015. We have all witnessed the Gold Standard established on the field at Fifth Third Bank Stadium, and now that same Gold Standard will be extended into your season ticket purchasing experience.
 
The Timeline
The renewal process for current season ticket holders will run from Feb. 15 through March 22. New season tickets will go on sale March 22.
