KENNESAW, Ga.- As the Kennesaw State football team wraps up its 2019 regular season slate, the No. 9 Owls welcome Gardner-Webb for Senior Day on Saturday (Nov. 23).
ADA Parking Update
ADA parking will be available in the Student Center Visitor Lot on campus. The Big Owl Bus will stop in front of the Siegel Student Recreation Center for transport to the stadium.

Top Storylines
• Kennesaw State returns home Saturday for Senior Day, welcoming Gardner-Webb to town as the Owls eye another 10-win campaign.
• The Owls will recognize 13 seniors as they play their final regular season game inside Fifth Third Bank Stadium. The senior class is 40-9 during the last four seasons, including 22-4 at home.
• KSU and Old Dominion have emerged as the best two start-up programs in the last 20 years and have identical 46-14 records through their first 60 games. With a win Saturday, KSU would be the only program to post 47 victories in its first five seasons.
• The Owls are also looking to become the first start-up football program to post three consecutive 10-win seasons during their first five years of competition.
• The Owls are 4-0 all-time against Gardner-Webb and are looking to rack up a fifth win against a team for the first time in program history. KSU is outscoring the Runnin' Bulldogs 132-66 in the first four meetings.
• Kennesaw State can claim a share of the 2019 Big South Conference championship on Saturday with a victory and a Monmouth loss to Hampton.
• The Owls continue to be the No. 1 rushing attack in the country, averaging 352.5 yards per game on the ground, including an FCS-best 48 rushing touchdowns.
• Kennesaw State is one of three teams in the nation to rank in the top-5 in scoring offense and total defense, ranking No. 4 in defense (281.9) and No. 5 in offense (40.0).
• Dating back to Week 2 of the 2017 season, Kennesaw State has won 32 of its last 37 games for an 86.4 winning percentage.
• Kennesaw State has won 25 of its last 26 regular season games against FCS opponents, dating back to week two of the 2017 season.
• The Owls saw their streak of 12 consecutive Big South Conference victories come to an end on Nov. 2 against Monmouth, a mark that goes down as the second-longest streak in league history. Liberty holds the record at 16 from 2006-09.
• Kennesaw State has now been ranked in the top-25 for 32 consecutive weeks, a streak that dates back to week nine of the 2017 season. Of those 32 straight weeks in the national polls, 26 have been in the top 10.
Noting Gardner-Webb
• The Runnin' Bulldogs come to town 3-8 overall, 1-5 in the Big South Conference and losers of five straight games.
• Gardner-Webb's lone conference win came back on Oct. 12 in its league opener, knocking off Hampton 35-27. GWU has lost some close ones in league play with four of its five losses coming by one possession.
• Carroll McCray is in his seventh season at the helm of the Runnin' Bulldogs, posting an overall record of 27-52. In 12 years as a head coach with, McCray is 43-90 with stops at Austin Peay and North Greenville.
• In four meetings against Gardner-Webb, Kennesaw State is unbeaten, outscoring the Runnin' Bulldogs 132-66, including a 56-17 blowout last year in Boiling Springs.
• Quarterback Kalen Whitlow leads the offense with 1,857 passing yards, 18 touchdowns and a 63.4 completion percentage.
• Running back Jayln Cagle is looking to eclipse 1,000 rushing yards for the year on Saturday as he currently sits at 916 yards to go along with eight touchdowns on the ground. He is averaging 4.5 yards per carry and 83.3 yards per game to rank third in the league.
• Junior linebacker Darien Reynolds ranks second in the league with 116 tackles on the year, averaging 10.5 stops per game. He has 4.0 tackles for loss, eight pass break-ups, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
