KENNESAW, Ga. – The Kennesaw State football program remains in the top 10 of both FCS national polls as it enters a week two showdown at Tennessee Tech Thursday evening.
 
The Owls check in at No. 7 in the STATS FCS Top 25 and land at No. 8 in the AFCA Coaches Top 25 Poll released on Monday afternoon. KSU dropped a 24-20 heartbreaker at Georgia State in its season opener as the Owls played their first FBS opponent in program history.
 
Kennesaw State will play its second consecutive Thursday night game this week, traveling to Cookeville, Tennessee, for the program's first nationally televised contest on ESPNU. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. ET.
