KENNESAW, Ga. – After another record-breaking performance against Clark-Atlanta Saturday, the Kennesaw State football team climbed one spot in the latest national rankings, becoming the consensus No. 4 team in the country Monday.

KSU broke the all-time scoring record for the second straight week, recording 70 points in a blowout victory over Clark-Atlanta. The Owls saw production in all facets of the game, recording two interception returns for a touchdown, a blocked punt return for a touchdown and six rushing touchdowns. Kennesaw State has scored six or more rushing touchdowns in the last three games.

Seven different Owls found their way into the end zone led by sophomore
Shaquil Terry who recorded three touchdowns, two rushing and one receiving.
Jace White and
Demetrius Pettway snagged two of KSU's four total interceptions, which tied the Owls' single-game record, returning both for touchdowns. The Owls lead the Big South with six interceptions.

Heading into Week 5, KSU is averaging 50.2 points per game while holding opponents to 15 points to lead the league. The Owls are averaging 361 rushing yards per game to lead the conference and rank second among all FCS and FBS schools.
