Kennesaw, Ga. – The Kennesaw State Department of Athletics will provide a variety of options for fans planning to attend the football team's season opener at Georgia State on Thursday (Aug. 30). Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Georgia State Stadium.

For fans who do not want to drive, a bus will depart from the KSU Convocation Center and provide round-trip transportation. Tickets can be purchased through the KSU Ticket Office for $25 per person. The bus will depart at 2:30 p.m. and return one hour following the game's conclusion from the Gold Lot.

Kennesaw State will also host an official tailgate party in the Georgia State Stadium's Gold Lot on Hank Aaron Drive from 4-6 p.m. JD's BBQ will provide catered food. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online HERE.

Official Bus to Georgia State
Departing Location: KSU Convocation Center parking lot
Bus passengers can park in the EAST Deck beside the KSU Convocation Center
Bus Loads: 2:00-2:30 p.m.
Departure: 2:30 p.m.
Arrives at Georgia State (Gold Lot): 3:30 p.m.
Postgame Departure: One hour following the game from the Gold Lot
Tickets: $25 includes round-trip ticket (1 ticket per passenger). A limited number of tickets are available and can be purchased online HERE.

KSU Athletics Official Tailgate Party
Time: 4-6 p.m.
Location: Back corner of Gold Lot on Hank Arron Drive (Look for the tent)
Tickets: $20 and available online at ksuowls.com/tickets.

Beer and Wine: For those guests 21 and over, beer will be provided by Dry Country Brewing Company with wine selections also available with proof of valid ID. 

Parking:
Gold Lot Parking is available through GSU for $10 online by clicking here or day-of for $20

Ticket Pickup: All game tickets purchased through the KSU Ticket office will be available for pick-up at Georgia State Stadium's Gate 5.
