Football Mini Plan and Georgia State Tickets Now on Sale

KENNESAW, Ga. – A brand new Kennesaw State football three-game mini plan and single game tickets for the season opener at Georgia State are now available through the KSU ticket office.
 
The three-game mini plan ranges from $50 to $65 and includes access to three premier games against Samford, Campbell and Jacksonville State at SunTrust Park. The matchup against the Gamecocks is the first-ever football game at the home of the Atlanta Braves.
 
The Mini Plan
• Sept. 29 vs. Samford (6 p.m.)
• Nov. 3 vs. Campbell (2 p.m.)
• Nov. 17 vs. Jacksonville State (at SunTrust Park)
 
Jacksonville State is ranked preseason No. 6 in the nation and picked to win the Ohio Valley Conference, while the Samford Bulldogs will start the season as a top 10 program and the favorite to win the Southern Conference. The Owls played their first FCS Playoff game in program history against Samford last year, welcoming the Bulldogs to Fifth Third Bank Stadium and pulling off a 28-17 victory.
 
Georgia State Tickets
Tickets are also available for the season opener at Georgia State as the Owls play their first game against an FBS opponent on Thursday, Aug. 30 at the old Turner Field. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. and seats are available for purchase in the KSU allotment for $25. A limited number of seats are also available for bus transportation to the game for $25 and exclusive tailgate access for $20.

The Owls opened fall camp on Wednesday afternoon as they prepare to defend their Big South Conference Championship in 2018. Kennesaw State finished 12-2 last year and became the first NCAA Division I program to make the FCS quarterfinals in its third year.
