THE STORYLINE:
· Kennesaw State dropped its midweek game at Georgia Tech 17-7 down in Atlanta at Russ Chandler Stadium on Wednesday, April 18.
Forrest Bramlett led the Owls by going 2-3 from the plate with a three-run home run.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
· Kennesaw State bounced back after Tech scored two runs in the first with a three-run home run in the second from Bramlett.
· The Yellow Jackets came right back though with four more runs in the bottom of the second and never looked back. They scored in seven of the eight frames they came up to bat to total their 17 runs.
· Kennesaw State picked up three more runs with one in the sixth and two in the seventh to total their seven runs on 12 hits.
UP NEXT
The Owls will host Lipscomb at Stillwell Stadium for a three-game series beginning this Friday, April 20 at 6 p.m.
