THE STORYLINE:
· Kennesaw State got 14-11 road win at Central Michigan on Saturday, March 31.

Connor Zophy had her best offensive game of the season leading the way with five goals, but the Owls as a whole on defense caused 15 of Central Michigan's 25 turnovers on the day.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
· The two teams traded goals early each taking turns grabbing a one-goal lead until Kennesaw State went on a 4-1 run going up 7-5.
· Central Michigan got one goal back before halftime, but the Owls led 7-6 as the teams went to the locker room.
· Kennesaw State came out in the second half and went on a 6-1 run to take a commanding 13-7 lead behind two goals from
Connor Zophy and
Siena Gore.
· Central Michigan tried to make a late run, but the lead for the Owls was too much and KSU locked up its second road win of the season.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
· The win over Central Michigan was the second road win of the season for Kennesaw State. It gave the Owls a split on the road this weekend.
· Zophy had a season high with five goals to lead the Owls. Gore was right behind her with four goals scored, giving her nine scored in both games.
· Gore,
Abby Squires and
Izzy Palermo each caused three turnovers to lead the midfield. In all, the Owls caused 15 of Central Michigan's 25 turnovers.
