KENNESAW, Ga.
 - The No. 2 Kennesaw State football team is set to make its second consecutive FCS Playoffs appearance this weekend, welcoming the Wofford Terriers to town for a 2 p.m. kickoff at Fifth Third Bank Stadium on ESPN3.

Top Storylines
• Kennesaw State's No. 4 national seed is the highest in Big South history and third top 8 seed for the league.

• KSU boasts the No. 1 scoring offense in the nation, averaging 48.6 points per game. The Owls have scored 50-plus points in six of their last nine games.

• During Kennesaw State's current 10-game winning streak, it has outscored opponents 515-139, allowing just 13.9 points per game during the stretch. 

• KSU has the third-longest active home winning streak in FCS at 14 games and is one of five programs with a winning streak of 10 or more games.

• Kennesaw State is joined by Alabama and UCF as the only Division I football teams with 10-game winning streaks in each of the last two years.

• KSU has not lost a regular-season game to an FCS opponent since Aug. 31, 2017, winning 18 straight to set the Big South record.

• Kennesaw State and NDSU are the only two playoff teams to rank in the top 10 in scoring offense and scoring defense.

• With a perfect 5-0 mark in league play, KSU is the third team in Big South history and the first program in the last 10 years to win consecutive conference titles with an undefeated record in league play.

• KSU is one of four teams in the nation (FBS & FCS) with three kickoff returns for TD's this year. KSU is joined by Bryant, Bethune-Cookman and North Carolina A&T.

• The Owls have given up just 17 points all season in the third quarter, outscoring opponents 159-17.

• KSU has scored on its first possession of the second half in 10 of 11 games this year, including TD's in seven straight games.

Chasing History
• Since 2008, Kennesaw State's 36 victories in its first four seasons are second among all NCAA Division I startups, second only to Old Dominion (38).

• KSU is the only team in its first four years to put together two separate 10-game winning streaks.

• Only Kennesaw State and Old Dominion were successful enough to secure winning seasons in each of their first four years.

Chandler Burks' #CaptainTouchdown Numbers
• Holds the all-time FCS record for rushing touchdowns in a season by a quarterback with 29.

• Has more rushing touchdowns than 223 of the 253 FCS and FBS teams. 

• Is the only player in FCS or FBS that has rushed for four or more TDs twice this season.

• Is the only FCS player with four rushing scores in a game each of the last two seasons.

• Leads the country with 15.8 points per game.

• Has started 35 consecutive games at QB and led the Owls to a 30-5 (.857) record. He is also 16-1 as the starting QB inside Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
