KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State men's basketball officially begins practice on Friday, September 29.
"Every year brings a new challenge as this year does," head coach
Al Skinner said. "We're excited about what is in front of us and the expectations that this team has for itself. We're going to work hard and have hope to fulfill those expectations."
The Owls first game is a little over a month away as they being their season at Butler on November 10. KSU's first home game is against Piedmont on November 16.
Kennesaw State returns three starters from a season ago with
Nick Masterson,
Jordan Jones and
Kyle Clarke. They also return ASUN All-Freshmen Team member
James Scott.
Masterson and Jones enter their senior seasons after starting almost every game the past two years under head coach
Al Skinner. Last year, Masterson was second in the nation in three-point field goal percentage and averaged 12.9 points per game.
