CLEAR BAG POLICY | GAMEDAY CENTRAL | SHOP.KSUOWLS.COM

KENNESAW, Ga. -- In continuing efforts to enhance fan safety at athletic events, the Kennesaw State Athletics Department will implement a new security policy regulating the size and type of bag that may be carried into Fifth Third Bank Stadium for football games, beginning this fall.
 
The new "Clear Bag Policy" mirrors similar policies that have been adopted in the NFL, SEC and ACC to protect you, and those around you, inside the stadium. For complete information on Kennesaw State's policy, visit ksuowls.com/clearbags.
 
Fans are encouraged not to bring any types of bags inside Fifth Third Bank Stadium during football games; however, ONE of the following bags will be permitted per ticketed customer:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"; OR
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar); OR
• Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" (approximately the size of a hand).
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose. 

An approved logo may be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag. Kennesaw State season-ticket holders will receive an approved clear bag with their football tickets when they are mailed later this month. Approved clear bags may also be purchased at the KSU Bookstore and at Shop.KSUOwls.com.
 
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag; briefcases; backpacks, cinch bags, and fanny packs that are not clear and/or exceed the size restriction; luggage of any kind; computer bags/cases; camera bags/cases; binocular bags/cases or any bag larger than the permissible size.
 
Fans will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the stadium in a permissible clear bag, such as binoculars and cameras. Seat cushions and wallets will also be permitted.
 
This policy pertains to bags and is not an all-inclusive list of items that are prohibited in the stadium. Therefore, fans should be aware of the specific policies regarding prohibited items at ksuowls.com/gameday.


 
Fifth Third Bank is the Official Bank of Kennesaw State Athletics. Fifth Third Bank Stadium, the signature athletics landmark on the Kennesaw State University campus, is a world-class facility that has been recognized as one of the premier multi-use outdoor athletics venues in the country.
