The Owls hold a 3-9 record to Mercer's 6-6 record. In the Bears last game, they lost to Alabama by one point in Tuscaloosa.

Mercer has won six in a row between these two teams.

Scouting Mercer
Mercer is 6-6 on the season most recently losing to Alabama 80-79 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

The Bears have an explosive offense led by Ria'n Holland, who averages 22.1 points per game. Mercer averages 80.2 points per game as a team

Bob Hoffman is in his ninth season with Mercer.

Masterson Heats Up in the Second Half
In the final 20 minutes of games in the KSU Convocation Center, Nick Masterson has been on fire making 17-24 shots.

In the five games at home, Masterson has averaged 9.2 points in the second half alone with his season high coming against Tennessee State with 17.

Scott Leads the Way on Offense
Scott has stepped up on the offensive end leading the team averaging 17.2 points per game. He has scored in double figures in 10 of the 12 games so far this season.

He has scored at least 20 points in the last two games and has four 20-point games on the season.

On the Road
Through November, Kennesaw State only played at home two times as opposed to seven road games.

Fortunately, after playing Texas Tech on the road, the Owls won't leave the state of Georgia for seven straight games. The only road game in that stretch will be at Mercer on December 28.

Masterson Does it All
Masterson is making 58 percent of his threes despite other defenses keying on him in the Owls offense. At home, he's even better as he is 17-26 from behind the arc and making a staggering 65.4 percent.

Against Georgia Southern, he was 6-7 from the outside. The six threes were a season high for Masterson.

He also leads the team in assists with 43. Against Georgia Southern, he had five assists to go along with his team leading 23 points.
