THE STORYLINE:
· Kennesaw State volleyball pushed their winning streak to seven matches after sweeping North Florida in the KSU Convocation Center.

The win makes the Owls 10-1 in the ASUN setting up a first-place matchup tomorrow night against Jacksonville, who is also 10-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
With the score tied at 13 in the first set, Kennesaw State went on a 4-0 run forcing the Ospreys to take a timeout. After getting a lead as big as six points, UNF tried to make things interesting, but the Owls closed it out 25-22 on a service error on the Ospreys.

In the second set, KSU jumped out to a big lead early and kept the pressure on winning the set by 11 points. Lauren Chastang led the team with five kills in the second set hitting .300 and the Owls held UNF to just a .159 hitting percentage in set two.

North Florida never gave up in the third set and every time they found themselves down, they mounted a comeback. Late in the set, the Owls were up 21-16 looking to close things out. The Ospreys ended up spoiling two set points before kills by Anaiah Boyer and Liesl Engelbrecht preserved the three-set victory for the Owls and pushed them to 9-0 at home this season.

SCHUNZEL QUOTE:
"Always nice to win 3-0 late in the year and to be home in the Convo in front of a great crowd. UNF is playing some really good volleyball right now and they're playing the most consistently that they have all season. This was a good challenge for us tonight."
