KENNESAW, Ga. – A new gameday jersey is coming for the Kennesaw State Football team, which the Owls will wear for Saturday night's home game versus Texas Southern at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
The new, smoke gray Adidas Climacool Techfit jersey, and a specialty helmet, were unveiled to the Owls prior to their team meeting on Monday. A replica jersey top will be sold by the KSU Bookstore and at Shop.KSUOwls.com beginning on Wednesday. Fans can pre-order at either of the two links above.
The smoke gray jersey top and pants are trimmed with Kennesaw State's traditional black and gold colors, featuring the Kennesaw State wordmark across the front, gold numbers on the front and back and the Owls' interlocking KS logo on the back of the jersey below the neck. The outer trim on the numbers and logos is reflective gray.
A new helmet design will also be unveiled, with the Owl wings replacing the interlocking KS on the team's traditional gold helmet. The design hints at helmets worn by the Philadelphia Eagles, but using the wings from KSU's Owl logo. It is expected that this design is a limited use.

Fifth Third Bank is the Official Bank of Kennesaw State Athletics. Fifth Third Bank Stadium, the signature athletics landmark on the Kennesaw State University campus, is a world-class facility that has been recognized as one of the premier multi-use outdoor athletics venues in the country. In the fall of 2015, it become the official home of Owls football team and is home to Owls soccer and lacrosse as well.
