Game Preview
After a win against Stetson at home, the Owls hit the road to take on North Florida at UNF Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. The Ospreys currently hold a 2-1 record in ASUN play.

Reigning Player of the Year Dallas Moore is having another record setting season leading the conference averaging 22.8 points per game.

Smart Outside Shooting
Kennesaw State doesn't shoot a lot of threes, but when they do it's usually a good shot leading to a high shooting percentage from behind the arc. The Owls lead the nation shooting 44.0 percent going 132-300 from three-point land.

A big part of the high percentage is the players stick to their roles on the court. Only four players have made a three pointer for Kennesaw State with Nick Masterson and Kendrick Ray making almost all of them. The two have combined to make 114 of the 132 that the team has made.

Sharing the Ball
In seven of the last eight games, Kennesaw State has had more assists than turnovers.

Against North Georgia and Lipscomb, the Owls had a season high 21 assists. Overall, KSU has had over 20 assists in four games this season.

Strong on the Glass
Against Stetson, Kennesaw State tied a school record pulling down 55 rebounds in the game. The last time KSU did that was against Mercer back in 2008.

Overall, the Owls are 5-6 when outrebounding their opponents this season.

Freshmen Boosting Bench Play
In 10 games, James Scott is averaging 9.1 points per game and has scored in double figures four times in 16 minutes per game. Per 40 minutes of action, Scott is averaging 22.8 points per game.

This past weekend, Tyler Hooker scored in double-figures for the second time in his career. He also led the team with six assists and had five rebounds as well.

Zach Cameron has also been a big boost off the bench. This past weekend, he saw extended action on the floor and against Stetson set two new career highs with seven points and 10 rebounds.
