Game Preview
Kennesaw State continues ASUN Conference play this weekend when it travels to Jacksonville to take on North Florida and Jacksonville.

The Owls, who are 5-5-1, 0-1-1 on the season, visit North Florida on Friday (Sept. 30) at 7 p.m. before taking on Jacksonville on Sunday (Oct. 2) at 2 p.m.

North Florida is 4-4-2 and 0-1-0 in conference play, while Jacksonville enters the weekend 3-6-0 and 1-0-0.

Story Line
• A win against Jacksonville will be the sixth of the season for the Owls and equal their win total from a year ago when they posted a 6-10-3 mark.

• The Owls and Ospreys are both looking for their first conference win of the season after falling in their ASUN opener. KSU suffered a 3-2 setback to Lipscomb, while North Florida lost 1-0 to Jacksonville.

• The Ospreys are led by senior midfielder Alexis Bredeaux, who tops the club with 12 points (5 goals 2 assists).

Series Versus North Florida
• Kennesaw State leads the all-time series 11-3-1. The Owls defeated the Ospreys 2-1 last year at Fifth Third Bank Stadium. UNF has captured three of the last five meetings between the two teams.Â

Scouting Jacksonville
The Dolphins are paced by junior forward Joelle D'Entremont who tops the club with eight points (3 goals, 2 assists). Junior goalkeeper Sara Wicks is coming off a strong effort against North Florida that earned her ASUN Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Series Versus Jacksonville
Kennesaw State leads the all-time series, 9-7, with the teams splitting their last four meetings. The Dolphins recorded a 1-0 victory at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in 2015.

Lipscomb Review
• Lipscomb scored a late goal to hand the Owls a 3-2 setback Saturday at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
 •
Kim Fincher and
Cassidy Kemp combined on the match's first goal, and after Lipscomb scored the equalizer, Fincher answered with a goal that gave the Owls a 2-1 lead that they took into halftime.

• The Bisons' defense tightened in the second half and Lipscomb tied the score 12 minutes into the period, and then took advantage of a fortunate bounce to score the game-winner in the 76th minute.

The Owls close out their 2016 regular-season home schedule next week when they host Florida Gulf Coast (Oct. 7) and Stetson (Oct. 9) at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
