QUOTABLE:"What an exciting game. I thought it was well played on both sides and the game was well pitched. The two started threw well and fortunately we game up with the big hit at the end. Chris (Erwin) had some good movement tonight and the breaking ball looked great. He threw a lot of strikes and Chris just seemed like he had his good stuff tonight."
--Head Coach Mike Sansing QUOTABLE:"They had the lefty up and then went to the righty in the ninth and I looked for a pitched I like. He left a slider up and in and I was able to get good bat on the ball and thankfully hit a home run."
--Brennan Morgan UP NEXT The Owls continue A-Sun action in game two of their weekend series Saturday afternoon at Stillwell Stadium.
