THE STORYLINE:
· After a huge win on Friday night, the Kennesaw State volleyball team pushed their win streak to 10 matches after defeating the Stetson Hatters 3-0 in the KSU Convocation Center.

SCHUNZEL ON TONIGHT'S WIN:
I'm really proud of our team for coming into tonight with the exact same mentality as last night. We played a complete match; our focus was great and we played really hard and clean for three straight sets. We took care of business and dominated from start to finish. That's a big step forward for us.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
First Set: After not winning an opening set in conference play so far, Kennesaw State came out hot against Stetson racing out to a 9-2 lead and never looking back. Liesl Engelbrecht paced the Owls with four kills and had two blocks in the opening frame.

Second Set: KSU waited a little longer to go on their run in the second set, but leading 14-11 went on a 7-2 run going up 21-13 forced Stetson to use a timeout. Rachel Taylor got a kill to put the set away and the Owls up 2-0 in the match.

Third Set: The Owls built another lead early and never looked back leading by as many as 11 points in the set before closing out the match 25-18.
