Â
Stetson comes into the weekend with a 1-2 ASUN record and a 4-14 record overall.

Kennesaw State Team Notes
• This is the second annual Griffin's Game that Kennesaw State has hosted. Last year in the inaugural year, the Owls raised over 7,000 dollars for two families that had a loved one battling cancer. This year, the Owl volleyball community will be raising money for an eight-year old boy named Christopher Watkins, who has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
• Kennesaw State is off to a 3-0 start in ASUN play for the first time in school history after sweeping Jacksonville and North Florida.
• Not only are the Owls off to the best ASUN start in school history, but they have matched their longest winning streak in school history at eight matches. That is currently the seventh longest winning streak in the nation.
•
Anaiah Boyer was named ASUN Player of the Week. She had another big weekend finishing with 43 kills hitting .359 with just 10 errors. She averaged 4.78 kills per set to help push the Owls to their first 3-0 start in conference history. She is the first player to win back-to-back ASUN Player of the Week awards since Lipscomb's Kaycee Green did it in 2012.
• Boyer leads the ASUN during conference play in kills per set averaging 4.29. She has totaled 60 kills in the three matches, which is 16 more than anyone else in the conference.
• Last weekend, KSU had a great weekend serving the ball. On Friday night against Jacksonville,
Fanise Cannon led the way with six service aces. Three of those came in the fifth set. With the Owls leading 7-5, Cannon stepped up and lead KSU on an 8-0 run. Against North Florida, the team continued to serve well equaling a school record with 13 aces in the match. Three different players had three aces.
•
Katarina Morton has totaled 352 digs to this point in the season and leads the ASUN averaging 5.25 per set. She is the only player in the conference to average over five digs per set.
•
Kristi Piedimonte is playing some of her best volleyball this season as she has accumulated 669 assists through 17 matches this season. The 10.15 assists per set average is good for second best in the conference and she is one of two players averaging over 10 assists per set.
•
Liesl Engelbrecht has stepped up her game in her sophomore season leading the team in blocking with 47.0 and is second on the team in kills with 130.Â
