SCOUTING NORTH FLORIDA
North Florida is the defending Atlantic Sun Champion and the preseason favorite to win the league this season. They returned the majority of their team from a season ago, including A-Sun Preseason Player of the Year Beau Beach.

Point guard Dallas Moore currently leads the A-Sun averaging 19.8 points per game as well as 5.7 assists per game.

Defensively, the Ospreys are led by their big men Damarcus Daniels and Chris Davenport.

Matthew Driscoll is in his seventh season leading North Florida.

THE ALL-TIME SERIES VERSUS NORTH FLORIDA
Kennesaw State is 16-18 against North Florida dating back to 1998 when the teams faced off for the first time. Recently, the Ospreys have dominated the series as they have won 12 straight against the Owls.

Racking up the Minutes
Brown not only leads the Owls in minutes, but he leads the nation averaging 39.0 minutes per game. He has played all 40 minutes in 11 of the 18 games this season, and he played 42 minutes in the overtime game against Elon.

Dynamic Duo
Yonel Brown and Kendrick Ray are currently fourth and fifth in A-Sun scoring averages. Brown is averaging 17.6 points per game and has scored in double figures in 10 of 11 games. Ray is averaging 17.4 points per game after leading all scorers with 25 against Jacksonville.

One of the two players has led the team in scoring in every game except for three so far this season.

30-Point Performances
There have been seven A-Sun players with 30-point games this season and Kennesaw State has two of them through the team's 16 games.

The latest came when Kendrick Ray set a new career high with 30 points against Mercer. The other two 30-point performances have come from Brown. He scored 34 in the season opener against Alabama and then dropped 31 at Elon.

Sharing the Ball
With the recent offensive explosion by the Owls, the key has been how they have shared the ball. In the last six games, the Owls have had more assists than turnovers. In two of those games, Kennesaw State has had 20 assists against Reinhardt and Lipscomb.
