KSU as a Team
»    After back-to-back wins against Jacksonville and Paine, Kennesaw State notched its seventh and eighth wins of the season. That has matched the most wins since the 2010-11 team that had eight.
»    KSU is 5-6 on its home court this season. That is the most wins that the Owls have had at home since the 2010-11 team had six. The team has three games remaining on its home floor.
»    With the A-Sun road win against Jacksonville, the Owls claimed their first conference victory of the year on the road. It is the second road win in conference play for the Owls in four years and both have been under head coach Jimmy Lallathin's watch. The first road victory came last year, when the team beat Stetson 67-63.
»    The Owls currently lead the A-Sun in free throw percentage at .725. More importantly, the team makes them when they count the most in the final four minutes of the game. In the Owls eight wins, the team has sank free throws at a 79.7 percent clip going 51 of 64 from the line.

KSU Individually
»    This season, the Owls have had three players win A-Sun Weekly Awards. The first two were won by Yonel Brown and Nigel Pruitt, who each won Player of the Week and the third was when Damien Wilson was named Newcomer of the Week. Before those three weekly awards, the Owls hadn't won any since the 2012-13 season.
»    Yonel Brown's consistent scoring has him sixth in the league averaging 16.1 points per game. Earlier in conference play, he scored 20-plus points in three straight games with 21 points against Lipscomb, 20 points against NKU and 21 against Stetson. Brown just missed the 20-point mark against FGCU as he had 19 points. He has scored in double figures in 14 games in a row and in 20 of the 23 games for the Owls this season.
»    In five games this season, Wilson and Brown have accounted for at least 41 points for KSU. In the most recent game against Paine, Brown had 27 and Wilson had 14. The team is 3-2 when they score at least 41 points
»    Lallathin always says that Pruitt can be an x-factor if he wants to be with the way he can score. There have been three games this season he has led KSU on runs that went at least 9-0.
