KSU goes for win number nine in a row during the Friday, April 25 series opener at 6 p.m. ET followed by a 2 p.m. ET contest on Saturday and a 1 p.m. ET first pitch on Sunday.
Saturday's game will feature head football coach
Brian Bohannon tossing out the first pitch along with free key chains for fans. Sunday's series finale will serve as Sundae Funday with free ice cream along with the always popular Baseball Bingo.

THE OPPONENT:East Tennessee State sits just above KSU in the A-Sun standings at fourth and has won six out of its last eight games. The Bucs are hitting the ball well this season but have struggled from the mound, holding a team ERA of nearly five.

LAST OUTING:The Kennesaw State baseball team played one of its cleanest games of the season at Coolray Field on Tuesday night, bringing the Owls their eighth straight win and second this season over Georgia, 3-1.
NEXT UP:The Owls host Georgia Southern in the lone game for the Owls next week, going for the season sweep of the Eagles on Wednesday, April 30 at 6 p.m. ET.
NEWS AND NOTES:Winning WaysThe Owls are looking to keep the momentum rolling, having won eight straight contest, the team's longest winning streak of the season and the fifth longest active streak in the NCAA.
Championship RematchThe last time the Owls met the Bucs was in the A-Sun Tournament Championship game in DeLand, Fla. with a 7-2 ETSU win.
Pentecost Playing WellMax Pentecost now ranks No. 5 in the nation in total hits with his 69 and holds one of the longest active hit streaks in the country at 23 games and counting.
KSU NationallyThe Owls are back in the top 15 in the nation in total hits with 431. KSU also ranks in the top 50 in total runs this season with 245.
Double-Digit HitsAs a team the Owls have now played 24 games with double-digit hits including seven out of the last eight contests.
From the HillAlong with the offensive prowess this season, KSU has also been tough on the mound, striking out 7.8 batters per nine innings and holding a staff ERA of 3.72.
Finding a WaySenior
Bo Way has made his way into the top five in the conference in total hits with 58, 13 of those going for extra bases.
McCalvin in ReliefJustin McCalvin has risen as one of the top relief pitchers in the land, posting a 1.28 ERA with 42 strikeouts in 42.3 innings pitched. The righty is now second in the nation in WHIP with a 0.70 mark. McCalvin now holds a team-best eight saves on the year and is just one shy of tying the KSU NCAA DI record.
Bergen's Strong StartStarting pitcher
Travis Bergen continues to rank in the top five in the A-Sun in strikeouts with his 57.
Bennett Filling the RoleColin Bennett, who has seen action in the last nine games for the Owls, has now reached base in all nine games he has played in.
