Kennesaw, Ga. – What is greatness and how do we define what is great? What if we told you that greatness is just something that you made up? Greatness is supposedly what’s jotted down in books, reflected on scoreboards and reserved for those with the history to back them.
But what if there was no history?
What if there were no great statistics, no records to break, no great traditions to uphold? Just us.
For us, lacrosse defines our greatness; it molds us and shapes us. From our goalie to our center, each player provides their own.
We are here and we are looking to write what is great in our own books. After gaining momentum in the fall, we are back. Every day the stadium door shuts behind us and there’s the grass at our feet and sticks in our hands. We’re laced up, goggles down, mouth guards in and it’s time to PUSH.
The books are empty and jerseys have never been worn. We are creating history at Kennesaw State University and for us Greatness starts February 10th when we take the field at Vanderbilt!
So join us on our journey during this historic first season of Kennesaw State women’s lacrosse!
Start Unknown. Finish Unforgettable.
