KENNESAW, Ga. – The 2010-11 editions of the Kennesaw State Owls men’s and women’s basketball teams will be unveiled to fans on Wednesday night in the fourth annual Black and Gold Scrimmage, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the KSU Convocation Center.
Each member of both rosters and coaching staffs will be introduced, followed by each team participating in a 15 minute scrimmage. Additionally, men’s head coach Tony Ingle and women’s head coach Colby Tilley will address the crowd prior to their respective scrimmages. The KSU Spirit Squads will also be on hand to take part in the evening.
Ten Lucky Students will have a chance to get involved with the action, as there will be free throw contests prior to each scrimmage, with two winners from each contest getting to shoot free throws for the Owls during their scrimmages. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in a drawing for a Viore, 40-inch, flat-screen, high-definition television during the evening.
Five Guys Burgers and Fries will be serving a free burger or sandwich and chips to the first 750 students who arrive with a valid Kennesaw State student ID.
