We've reached the culmination of Kennesaw State's countdown of the 10 best moments from 2015-16. Nearly 1,000 votes were cast, and checking in at No. 1 on the countdown is football's memorable debut.

Brian Bohannon's team showed little signs of being an upstart as the Owls won their inaugural game on the road, 56-16, at East Tennessee State, then came home for the first time and dumped Edward Waters, 58-7, in front of a sold-out Fifth Third Bank Stadium. KSU went 5-1 at home, selling out all six home games, and finished the season with an overall winning record. Football's success has helped trigger a record-year for The Owls Fund, and tickets for 2016 are nearly sold out as KSU sets its sights on Year 2.
