Recently Kennesaw State fans voted on their favorite moments from the 2015-16 season. Nearly 1,000 votes were cast, and checking in at No. 5 on the countdown is the walk-off home run by baseball's Brennan Morgan that lifted the Owls over UNF, 2-1, on Friday, April 1 at Stillwell Stadium.



Baseball's Morgan Blasts Walk-Off Homer to Beat UNF
It may not have been evident at the time, but senior Brennan Morgan's ninth-inning heroics set the stage for a special baseball season at KSU. Morgan smashed a solo shot deep into the night sky at Stillwell Stadium as the Owls opened conference play with a thrilling, 2-1, walk-off win over UNF. That win by Mike Sansing's Owls was the first of a school-record 17 ASUN victories as KSU secured the conference's regular-season championship and the No. 1-seed in the conference tournament.
