Sam Scobie enters his first year as football equipment manager at Kennesaw State.
Scobie arrives in Kennesaw after spending more than a year as the director of football equipment at Mercer, where he oversaw ordering of team apparel and all other equipment, as well as executed practice setup throughout the season.
Prior to Mercer, Scobie spent five years at the University of West Florida, where he interned with football equipment before becoming the head softball equipment manager and ultimately the head football equipment manager his final year.
Scobie also interned in equipment with the Jacksonville Jaguars during training camp.
Scobie graduated from West Florida with a bachelor’s degree in 2024 in general studies with a concentration in sport management.
