Lisa Murphy joined Kennesaw State University in April of 2022 in Dining Operations as an Accounting Assistant. She moved over to Athletics as an Accountant in October of 2022 and is currently working in the Athletics Business Office.
Prior to Kennesaw State University, Lisa worked for a property management company in the Metro Atlanta area as an Accounts Payable and Delinquency Control Accountant from 2017-2022. Before that, she was a bookkeeper for an e-commerce company for two years.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Fullerton. She grew up in the Orange County, California area before moving to metro Atlanta in 1995. Fun fact, Lisa worked in the Kennesaw State University bookstore for two semesters when she first moved to Georgia and before having her children.
She and her husband have four sons.
