Cayla Hodel is in her first season as director of on-campus recruiting for Kennesaw State football.
She arrives in Kennesaw after a season working in on-campus recruiting with West Virginia football. She was promoted to director of on-campus recruiting in January 2025. Hodel managed the recruiting staff and maintained the on-campus recruiting calendar throughout the season, organizing and coordinating open contact period events, including Junior Days and gameday visits.Â
Prior to West Virginia, Hodel was an on-campus recruiting intern at Wake Forest in 2024, assisting in the execution of official visits and camps during the summer/early fall. She also spent three years (2021-24) working in recruiting operations for Tennessee football.
Hodel earned a bachelor's of science degree in communications from Tennessee in 2024.Â
