Blake Bierman joined Kennesaw State University in July 2017 as the Assistant Cheer Coach.
As part of the Kennesaw State University Cheer coaching staff. Bierman has assisted Head Coach Charlie Asciutto with the program’s growth and skill development. The program has grown from having one team in the Small Coed Intermediate Division, to two teams in the All-Girl and Small-Coed Advanced Divisions at the NCA College National Championships. Together they have won 7 National Championships for Kennesaw State University.
Bierman joined the Owls following his time at Florida Atlantic University. He was a two-sport athlete at Florida Atlantic University where he was a member of the FAU cheer team from 2012-2014. He was also a member of the football team from 2009-2012 as a wide receiver, punt returner, and place kick holder.
Upon graduation, Bierman was hired as the Head Cheerleading Coach for FAU where he held the position from 2014-2017. In his second year with the program, he guided them to their first NCA Collegiate National Championship since 1999 in the All-Girl Intermediate Division.
Along with coaching at the university level, he has also coached at multiple all-star programs. His first stop was at Cheer Florida Allstars from 2012-2016, where he also competed on the Level 7 Internation Open Coed team. He then went on to coach at The Stingray Allstars from 2017-2023 where he was an assistant coach for Level 6 and Level 7 coed teams. While competing on the Level 7 International Open Coed team for Stingrays, he was able to achieve the bronze medal at the 2021 World Cheerleading Championships.
Blake was previously the in-game host for the professional lacrosse team, Florida Launch, during the 2017 season. He not only provided on-camera work, but fan interaction and promotional videos as well. He has also provided in-game hosting for Florida Atlantic University and Kennesaw State University men’s and women’s basketball.
He is currently the owner of Prime8 Sound LLC, which provides custom mixes for all levels of cheer teams, individuals, and performances around the world. Along with mixes, he provides writing, vocals, and consultation services for producers around the world. His vocals have been featured on livestreaming competitive events, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, iTunes, and Netflix.
Bierman is also currently the Lead Business Development Specialist for King III Solutions. A leading software company in the purchasing field for distribution companies across various industries around the world.
Bierman received his Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in sociology from Florida Atlantic University in 2013.
